Sublingual B12

Sublingual B12 is used by placing the small tablet under the tongue to melt. You do not take it by swallowing with water. This allows the B12 to go to work faster by entering your body in this manner.

When people use Sublingual B12 vitamin it is for different reasons. I have found it gives me the added energy I need at a time of the day that my body wants to take a nap.
